Product Description:

This lens features a grey base with a blue mirror coating.

When activated (photochromic state), the blue mirror becomes more pronounced, producing a deeper blue tone similar to Ice Iridium. (When the photochromic effect is activated, the lens color changes to grey.)

Light transmission: 18%

When not activated, the lens appears slightly bluish and mostly clear.

Light transmission: 75%

Suitable for indoor use and nighttime driving.

The back surface is treated with an anti-fog coating.

Features of Photochromic Lenses

Automatic adjustment:
The lens tint changes according to the intensity of light, providing optimal visibility in various conditions. Indoors, the lens remains clear or lightly tinted, while in strong outdoor sunlight it darkens significantly.

Notes

Reaction speed:
The speed at which the lens changes color depends on temperature and UV intensity. In cold conditions, the transition may be slower.

Driving:
Car windshields block UV light, so the lenses may not fully darken inside a vehicle. For this reason, drivers may still need a separate pair of sunglasses.

About the Anti-Fog Coating
