NXT®　VARIA™

VARIA™ promotes the optimal photochromic control of NXT^® sun lens. 
It combines the following two important features. 

1) Fast reaction rate (activation and color change speed)
2) Wide transmittance range(from cat. 0 (Tv 86% ) to cat. 3 (Tv 11%).

 Depending on the scene, it provides an optimal view, so there is no need to attach or remove sunglasses. 

NXT® VARIA™ Photochromic Lens - Sunset Rose

This is an NXT photochromic lens. When exposed to UV light, the lens automatically adjusts its tint according to the intensity of ultraviolet rays, providing a consistently comfortable field of vision.

The base lens color is a pinkish copper tone, which brightens the surrounding view.

When activated by sunlight, the lens darkens and transitions into a deeper, richer gold color.

Light transmission is 35% in its non-activated state and 12% when fully activated.

Supplement!
When used while driving, the lens will not darken significantly because car windows already have a UV-blocking function.

The NXT® lenses have prism-adjustment function, and it also corrects the distortion of vision.

During activities such as golf, baseball, cycling, and running, the lens effectively reduces glare depending on the conditions, while enhancing contrast—making it a highly versatile and easy-to-use option.
